How This Assessment Works

This assessment evaluates your professional resilience across four critical dimensions. Each section contains 6 questions worth up to 25 points, for a total possible score of 100 points.

Scoring Guide:

  • 80-100 points: High Resilience - You're well-positioned for career uncertainty
  • 60-79 points: Moderate Resilience - Some gaps to address for optimal protection
  • 40-59 points: Low Resilience - Significant vulnerability that needs immediate attention
  • Under 40 points: Critical Risk - Your career stability is highly vulnerable to disruption
